I'm Kelly!

Kelly means warrior woman in Gaelic and I like to think my name suits me well! Running is my number one passion in life and there is nothing I love more than going for a great run! Another passion of mine is being a certified personal trainer, as I love helping people find their stride in fitness!

 

My philosophy in life is simple - I love positivity! I strongly believe you should love what you do and do it with a smile!
