About the Program
This program is designed for individuals with little to no running experience, looking to complete their first Half Marathon. The focus is on helping beginner runners gradually build endurance, while allowing ample time for your body to adapt to the demands of running. What’s included: • Full access to the 2fast twins® app • Messaging with the 2fast twins® Training coaches in the app • 16-week program • 3 or 4 running sessions per week (The program is designed to start on a Monday, 16 weeks out from your Half Marathon race). • Each session includes a warm-up, running workout, and cool down. • Each exercise included in the warm up has a demonstration video for proper form and technique. Please note: All participants in the Beginner Half Marathon Plan will be required to sign a Participant and Assumption of Risk Agreement and a Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement before beginning the program.
