About the Program

This program is designed for individuals with little to no strength training experience. The focus is on implementing proper movement patterns and technique while working on muscular endurance and stabilization. All 2fast twins® Training strength training programs include video demonstrations of all exercises included in workouts, so you can see exactly how to execute the movement patterns correctly. In the subsequent weeks, expect the workload to gradually intensify, with strategically planned de-load weeks incorporated to allow your body the necessary recovery time. Our approach prioritizes safety and effectiveness, making it suitable for beginners who want to build strength without risking injury. What's Included: • Full access to the 2fast twins® app • Messaging with the 2fast twins® Training coaches in the app • 8-week program • 2 strength training sessions per week (Workouts are on Day 1 and Day 4 of a week - i.e., if you start the program on a Tuesday, your next workout will be on a Friday). • Each session includes a warm-up, training session, balance and core work, and cool down. • Each exercise included in a session has a demonstration video for proper form and technique. • Each session includes additional technique notes, no floor alternative exercises, and modification exercises when necessary. • The Beginner Strength Training Series Part 2 Program comes with 2 variations: dumbbells or kettlebells. Required Equipment: • a set of dumbbells (or) • a kettlebell Please note: All participants in the Beginner Dumbbell Training Plan will be required to sign a Participant and Assumption of Risk Agreement and a Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement before beginning the program.
