About the Program
This program is designed for individuals with some strength training experience and are looking for a periodized program. The focus is on implementing proper movement patterns and technique while working on muscular endurance and stabilization, as well as increasing muscular strength. All 2fast twins® Training strength training programs include video demonstrations of all exercises included in workouts, so you can see exactly how to execute the movement patterns correctly. In the subsequent weeks, expect the workload to gradually intensify, with strategically planned de-load weeks incorporated to allow your body the necessary recovery time. What's Included: • Full access to the 2fast twins® app • Messaging with the 2fast twins® Training coaches in the app • 12-week program • 3 strength training sessions per week (Workouts are on Day 1, Day 3, and Day 6 of a week - i.e., if you start the program on a Tuesday, your next workout will be on a Thursday, and your final workout will be on a Sunday). • Each session includes a warm-up, training session, balance and core work, and cool down. • Each exercise included in a session has a demonstration video for proper form and technique. • Each session includes additional technique notes, no floor alternative exercises, and modification exercises when necessary. • The Intermediate Strength Training Part 1 Program comes with 2 variations: dumbbells and kettlebells. Required Equipment: • a mini resistance band (and one of the following) • a set of dumbbells (or) • a kettlebell Please note: All participants in the Intermediate Dumbbell Training Plan will be required to sign a Participant and Assumption of Risk Agreement and a Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement before beginning the program.
