❄️ Tis the season, to be freezin' 🥶 Baby, it's cold outside, but warm-up with our Snow Much Fun holiday themed lower body workout! Our festive winter themed workout is designed to keep you active and cheerful, no matter how chilly it gets. Our Snow Much Fun workout is catered to athletes of all abilities: Snowflake ❄️ (Beginner), Snowman ⛄ (Intermediate), and It's Freezin' Out Here 🥶 (Advanced). Remember, every snowflake is unique, just like you, and each workout is another step towards a healthier, happier you!
Workout Notes:
Rest between sets should be about 30-45 seconds. Rest between exercises should be about 1-2 minutes.
Snowflake Version (Beginner)
Sets: 1 / Reps: 20
Snowman Version (Intermediate)
